The move in fees include a $125., refundable, security deposit and a
$75. turnover fee. We also have a $20. applicant screening fee per apartment.
With this we do credit check thru CBI Equifax or Transunion, verification of
information from your present and past landlord, verification of information
from your place of employment and a public records check.
