Cypress Sands Apartments
The Cypress Sands Apartments are located in Marina, California. This is 35 minutes south of San Jose, were the rates are twice as much. These apartments are locted about 10 minutes north of Monterey. We are located within a half mile from the beach. You can walk to it within 10 minutes. The grounds are abundant with Monterey Pine Trees and sand. We don't discriminate against pets! Most apartments have new carpet and appliances.

Take Hwy 1 to Reservation Rd. Travel under the highway. At the first light turn right. Take the second right which is Lake Dr. Take an immediate left. We are about 500 ft. on the left side of the road.
