We are accepting positions for independent sales representatives for this property web site, rentals.com and our travel web site, bestlodgings.com!!! You will make 25% of  commissions for all customers you sign up,  and will continue to earn 25% for all yearly fees your clients pay (options 4-6).  Take a look at options you would sell to property managers and owners.

There is no "fee" to become an independent sales representative.  We simply ask you to sign up at least one property per week. 

With option 2, you will earn $2.50 for each property you sign up. With option 3, you will earn $12.75  for each property you sign up. With option 4, you will earn $12.25 per year for each yearly contract.  With option 5, you will earn $24.50 per year for each yearly contract. With option 6, you will earn $74.25 per year for each yearly contract.

It should be extremely easy for you to sign up customers, since we have extremely low prices.  Basically you call property managers  and apartment managers in your area, and give them the information regarding the the plans.  They will usually ask for something in writing.  You then FAX, mail or e-mail them one page outlining the details, then follow up and close the sale. You take the information down from the client and enter it at the custom property web page designer. You also have them send us 1 photo (option 4), unlimited photos (option 5), or unlimited photos and floor plans (option 6) for us to scan.  When you sign up we'll direct you to an independent reseller resource area that includes all details and tips to successfully implement this program.
